Flange Covers

West Coast Insulation custom flange covers are designed to fit around standard ANSI style round flanges. The general size and configuration, does however, allow them to be used with square flanges, or other custom configurations based on overall flange circumference. When selecting the proper flange cover, please use the sizing chart located (here) . Flange Covers are made from 1" needled fiberglass tempmat, stainless steel mesh, and siliconized grey cloth. Each flange cover will have two draw strings made of .008 stainless steel tie wire inserted during manufacturing. This will allow the cover to be fastened to the flange and sealed with the existing pipe lagging. Please remember to take into account oversized bolts, or hangers when selecting a flange cover.
