8.5” Outside Diameter lagging consists of needled fiberglass insulation (1” thick), siliconized grey cloth, and 304 stainless steel mesh. Ease of use and install is important, therefore, stainless steel lacing anchors are pre-mounted allowing quick installation and removal. Benefits of using removable lagging, pipes can be inspected and repaired as needed, and pieced replaced as needed. The silicone coating on the cloth protects lagging from exposure to harmful liquids reducing the potential of fire from burst fuel and hydraulic lines. Stainless steel tire wire can be used to fasten the lagging, but is not included; however, it can be purchased under insulation accessories.
